Invest 10 lakhs to receive a 20.00% ownership stake in the store.
Projected Returns
Celebrity projects monthly returns in the range of 1.8% to 2.5% of the investment under normal operations. During festival seasons, returns are expected to be higher (approximately 3.5% to 5.0% based on seasonal demand).

Profit Distribution & Lock-in
Profit distribution occurs every 15th of the month. There is a mandatory 1 year lock-in period. If an investor wishes to exit after the lock-in, a prior notice of three months must be given.

By optimizing stock availability during peak wedding and festive seasons, Celebrity aims to increase monthly turnover stability and overall profitability.
In the medium term, the vision includes expanding Celebrity’s retail strength through enhanced digital presence, structured customer retention programs, and stronger supplier partnerships to secure competitive pricing and exclusive designs. These steps are intended to improve margins while maintaining product quality and customer trust.
In the long term, Celebrity aims to develop into a multi-location retail brand or scalable fashion business model, supported by consistent financial performance, strong brand identity, and disciplined inventory management.
